Big Splash Car Wash

Ive had decent results at this facility in the past. My son also used it and he told me his last use was a bust. I tried it again and found the same results. I chose a wash bay, ran my credit card, and soaked up my truck. That's were everything went sideways. As soon as I tried to rinse it off, I had no pressure and had to switch bays as the soap cooked onto my black truck. The second bay was super low on power and the tip was clogged. It took me 15 minutes to wash most of the soap off with almost no pressure, which was expensive. The pressure would come and go, from nothing at all to the pressure of a kitchen sink. I will be contacting my credit card company to deny the charges. The owner need to sell it to someone who will not scam the public and will choose to maintain the facility. As I was leaving, another car was caught un the same trap. I sent them to the better maintained facility a couple miles south. That's where I will be going from now on.

The best car wash I have ever been to in my life. My car always comes out beautifully. One of my favorite parts about it, the drying time is very sufficient, no water spots left after your wash. Any time I’ve had communication with company, they have responded quickly and always been extremely kind. The vacuums are best I have ever used! I have not used the “self wash” yet.

Always a great place to give your Betsy a bath. Never short on the cleansers. I do would love to see the vacuums with the option to use a card. Dislike having to use 8 quarters everytime.

Took my car to the car wash horrible job did not even clean the car wash the car properly. There was a customer behind me in the door already opened while the wash was still going on. Don’t go here waste of money. You’d rather go to the one next town over.

1/16/2025. Just wanted to give this place some google love since it has some bad reviews from a few years ago. It's the only self service and touchless car wash in the area that I'm aware of. I don't do touchy car washes. The place was clean. Someone was using a self service bay and their vehicle was lathered up with pink foamy soap, so they seemed to be doing fine. I hadn't yet washed my truck after all the recent snow and slushy nastiness everywhere. Now it looks great. I used the cheapest wash as well. Prices are 10, 12, 15, and 18. All washes have dryer and an underbody/rocker spray. And 70 seconds for the dryer, that's about 10 seconds more than most places offer. My step bars are better but still covered in some stuff. But I couldn't wipe it off with just my finger, so I shouldn't expect a touchless wash to remove it. Because it's a powder coated textured surface, it took a cleaner and towels to get them completely clean. I only use carwashes during cold winter months, and this will for sure be my future car wash of choice.
